"I think the hotel looks nicer than it is. Parking is.limited always chaotic in front of the reception, people at rhe front desk dont speak english, breakfast buffet quality was absolutely below expectations, lots of variety but quality was mediocre. AC in the room was a bit slow. Pool and jacuzis ars small and limited I would say. People kept bumping at each other eslecially when they try to to aquatic gym with an intructore with 20 people in that small pool."

"Tivemos uma experiência ruim com a estádia, quarto infestado de pererecas, tomadas não funcionava, chuveiro mal funcionava, piscina estava inutilizada, estacionamento alagado, precisamos de um suporte a noite não tinha ninguém, resumindo fomos pra descansar e voltamos mais cansados ainda"

Nickle and dimes you; Charges for parking $30 Reais ( $ 7 dollars )and cannot pay with credit card also charged to use the Jacuzzi $ 10 reais ( $ 3 dollars) per hour. 3. Bathroom really really small. So/so: 1. Staff not to friendly but not overly rude either and failed to give me a receipt. 2. Breakfast has limited hot food...
