My stay at the Wyndham Gramado was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, cleanliness is central to their operations and hotel offerings such as pool and dining were simply top-notch. Shame we didn’t get to experience more of the property as we were in town for a conference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gramado- just be sure to rent a car as you’ll need it to venture into the beautiful town.

Upon arriving at the facility, there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Waited about 1 hour in line and line did not even move. Gave up on checking in, went out to get dinner with my family and then came back around 9 pm to try again. Check in was easy at this time. Hotel was clean, but no house keeper will come to freshen up the room or even pick up dirty towels and replace with new ones. Breakfast is amazing but the room service and lunch/dinner menu changed over the year. Pizza is no longer available and kids menu is not helpful if you have a picky eater. Room stayed cold. Heater was not working properly. No extra blankets in room. Have to request. I do not recommend this hotel. It is a bit overpriced based on its location. Available Liquid soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are of very poor quality.

A propriedade fica longe do centro de Gramado, tem um transfer em alguns horários pre estabelecidos. Mas só cabem 15 pessoas, um hotel com 474 apartamentos, fica muito deficitário. A piscina tem só 7 guardassois para todos esses hóspedes, piscina não comporta tanta gente. Deficiente também em cadeiras e espaguetes na piscina e por fim o espaço é pequeno para tanta gente. O chuveiro ruim, estava tomando banho e a água ficava mudando a temperatura , passava de quente a fria a cada minuto. O estacionamento é terceirizado, com bastante burocracia e demora na hora que necessita utilizar o carro, além de ser caro R$42,00 por dia e meu carro ficou no estacionamento descoberto. Esse hotel eu não retorno.

Deixou a desejar, hotel (não é um Resort) bonito mas com infraestrutura insuficiente para o número de hóspedes. Fila pro café e falta de mesas, muitas coisas do café terminou e não repuseram, mesa dos bolos sem nada para oferecer muito antes de encerrar o horário... A cama auxiliar no quarto, que é um sofá aberto, tem um colchão de 07 cm, muito mole e desconfortável. A cama de casal é macia demais....

Hotel novo com boa infraestrutura. Check muito demorado. Formou fila enorme. Quarto não estava bem limpo. Tinha cabelos na privada e no chuveiro. A piscina é muito boa, mas o piso é escorregadio. Colocaram tapetes anti derrapante, mas não cobrem toda área. Crianças escorregavam muitas vezes. Risco de queda para idosos. Avisaram que o café da manhã lota a partir das 9am e é verdade! A fila chega até as escadas. Mas não avisaram que a partir das 9:30 faltaria muita coisa, como pão de queijo. Garfos... Nunca vi lá!

Excelente hotel, mas longe de ser um Resort

O hotel é excelente, o quarto espaçoso apesar de ter uma cama mais um sofá cama. Não vi nada relacionado a estrutura de um resort, salvo Spa, em um prédio anexo ao hotel. O estacionamento deixa muito a desejar devido a demora para trazer o carro da garagem, cheguei a esperar 50 minutos em uma das vezes, na outra consegui a liberação para ir até a garagem buscar meu veículo. O café da manhã é de qualidade excelente, porém está sempre lotado. O local enquanto Hotel quatro estrelas se encaixa perfeitamente, mas enquanto um resort deixa muito a desejar. Confesso que saio frustrado pois sempre tive vontade de conhecer um resort com águas termais.

Buffet com pouca variedade de comida pelo valor.

Hotel excelente. Quartos confortáveis, banheiros novos. Estive lá em janeiro de 2024 e me lembro q havia mais opções de comida no buffet da noite (q não é barato) e as comidas variaram muito pouco nas noites que comi lá desta vez. Toda noite parecia q comia a mesma comida. A recreação para crianças no domingo so funcionou por duas horas. Dependendo do dia da semana não tem recreadores (como hoje segunda-feira, por exemplo) o que contribuiu para que eu antecipasse a minha saída do hotel. Quando fizer a reserva é importante que quem tem crianças pergunte sobre isso.

Hotel! Muito grande, pessoal desorganizado. Café da manhã uma bagunça (nota zero em organização, e reposição), limpeza no café da manhã problemática. Jantar não tem serviço a la carte apenas se fosse servido no quarto. Me decepcionei muito com o contexto geral, nao voltaria.

Prós & Contras

Prós: As piscinas só são amplas e limpas. O café da manhã foi bem servido. Facilidade de acesso a gerência quando necessário resolver conflitos. Contras: O quarto é pequeno, quando se compara o que se pode reservar pelo mesmo preço em outros bons hotéis da cidade. O chão do quarto não tinha sido limpo adequadamente antes do check-in. Dificuldade em ser atendido pela equipe no ramal '9', as informações recebidas eram diferentes conforme se ia falando com a equipe. Inclusive, registramos uma reclamação depois de sermos mau atendidos pelo salva-vidas quando perguntamos sobre roupões e uso das cadeiras. O estacionamento é caro, R$ 42,00 á diária, se comparado a qualidade do serviço prestado. Demora muita pra vir o carro, e nem é por lotação e sim por desorganização. A equipe que cuida das mesas no café da manhã é demorada demais para limpar as mesas e permitir novas ocupações, deixando a gente sentados a mesa com pratos e copos sujos de outros hóspedes por mais tempo que o necessário. Em resumo, não vale o preço cobrado, pois demonstra baixo número de colaboradores para atender grandes demandas de hóspedes, o que se torna ineficiente. Se a promoção for boa, hospede-se. Do contrário, busque hotéis similares na região e evite o Wyndham.

Hotel no geral é ótimo, mas ficou a desejar no estacionamento, demora muito, quase perdemos duas reservas, uma na cara de mau e um outra num restaurante em Nova Petrópolis.
