This hotel needs better attention to rooms. Toilets don’t work properly, mattress and pillows are extremely old…Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice, too.

O Hotel é bom mas o atendimento não estava a altura. Parecia faltar gerência. No check-out cobraram taxa de turismo, 10% sobre o valor da diária e um adicional de R$ 50,00 por eu ter perdido o cartão magnético. Nos hotéis em que fiquei no Brasil e no exterior nunca foi cobrado taxa de serviço de 10% ou qualquer custo pela perda de cartão magnético. O valor das diárias está um absurdo e, mesmo assim, não perdem a oportunidade de explorar o turista. Nesta rede de hotel nunca mais me hospedarei e dificilmente voltarei a Gramado. Estáo explorando o turista.
