This hotel needs better attention to rooms. Toilets don’t work properly, mattress and pillows are extremely old…Staff is nice and friendly. Breakfast is nice, too.

Casa de da manhã excelente e muito variado, limpeza impecável, hotel muito aconchegante com ótima localização , meu quarto ficou bem de frente pra avenida das Hortências, vi alguns reclamando do barulho, pra mim não foi problema, gostei de ver o movimento da janela, atendimento médio/bom dos recepcionistas, ofurô e piscina bons. descarga do vaso totalmente entupida, sinal do Wi-Fi muito baixo no quarto, tinha que me mexer pra funcionar.

Sempre foi uma experiência bem bacana ficar no Sky, mas desta vez, a fechadura da porta do banheiro estava quebrada e fiquei sem luz no quarto em virtude da queima da mesma. Reclamei e acabei fazendo o checkout e os problemas continuaram.
