"We booked two nights here and then read the reviews, some of which were pretty grim. That was not our experience. It suited our purposes, and we were happy with our stay. This is a golf club that has a few (9?) rooms, which it offers. As such, it is not a hotel so there isn’t a bevy of staff on hand 24/7 like a real hotel might have. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are comfortable and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient for the train station, the town centre and Neath Castle.
