"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. "Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning. The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc. There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away. 7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. "

"Our family of five from Canada (2 adults and 3 kids) had a fantastic stay at this house near Chokoku no Mori in Hakone. The home was clean, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family. "Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge. "

"Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable. "

"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"Was blown away by the view from the bedroom as it looks directly to Mount Fuji. Area was quiet with very friendly older neighbor. My family stayed here and would highly recommend for a clean and much larger accommodation due to rural area compared to the busy cities in Osaka and Tokyo. "

"特に問題もなく利用できました。寝床のスペースは十分あります。家電も一通り揃っており、電気式の鍋もあるため、食材だけ買えばほぼ手ぶらで来れます。庭も広いため、子連れで来ても問題なさそうです。ただ、電気が30Aのため、エアコン2台つけるとブレーカーが落ちます。機会があればまたぜひ利用させていただきたいです。"

"This is our second stay here at this hotel. We loved it so much last year that we had to return this year. The staff is excellent, the food at the buffet was delicious, our room was comfortable and even more so with the outdoor hot tub made it lovely. I had several shiatsu massages at the hotel wellness area with wonderful massage persons. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We came here for our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make out stay a very special one. The hotel was very high-end and comfortable. We loved our private onsen and the morning breakfast. We also got unlimited ice cream! Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a special trip or to relax in Hakone."
