"All staff we had interacted with were very pleasant and professional. The hotel is spotless and has numerous options for dining, though we were only able to try Whiskey Nova which was excellent. Dotonbori, Shinsekai, Namba Station and Shinsaibashi are all within a 10 minute walk making it very easy and stress free to enjoy Osaka."

"Check in was fast and easy, if you're staying more then 4 days you are required to go out as there is room cleaning. Breakfast was nice room and toilet was clean. Wouldn't mind staying here again."

"This hotel is very close to shopping and dining areas. It is also connected to the subway station so it is very convenient. The restaurants are over priced so we ate elsewhere after spending too much on the breakfast buffet the first morning. My only complaint is you cannot adjust the A/C setting and our room was not cool enough. "

"Beautiful hotel, in a wonderful location. This hotel is in a building that is connected to a couple buildings with a mall, train and subway stations, a gorgeous park, and has a ton of food options around. It’s right in a central area right near big attractions and shopping areas. If you take the metro to get to the hotel, it is a little confusing figuring out where to go because it is attached, but I would just go toward the main exit and you will see signs for where to go. One of the hotel’s main restaurants is on the top floor with amazing views of Osaka. Also, probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here, if just for the breakfast and location. But the rooms are very comfortable. Very nice experience all around. "

"Very spacious room. Full size washroom bathtub. Higher than normal room ceiling. My travelling partner commented how comfortable the beddings and quality of the linen and towels are."
