"Beautiful view, plenty of space for a large group, great customer service. We needed help operating tvs & the garbage disposal but a quick phone call helped right away. (Btw- in the downstairs area w the pool table, the cable receiver is on the wall behind the tv. And the switch for the garbage disposal is inside the pull up cabinet (little signs to explain these things would be helpful). But this is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Great place! Lots of space, very clean, nice views on top 2 levels. DO NOT attempt to take a boat trailer down to this house, leave it at the marina. There are zero turnarounds. Parking at the house for 3 vehicles, but all require tight T turns."

This property is located very close to our boat slip rental space, so we rented it for a month for our two sons and their families as well as ourselves. Everyone could "move in" their food, clothes, etc. and just show up on the weekends or whenever they were able too. The location was only a 45 minute drive for us. "Was a good space for two families to come together for some hangout time. The pool is very nearby, and we used that a lot (wasn't very crowded, which was nice). We also enjoyed using the screened in porch in the evenings. A little more seating for meals would be nice, but it was as advertised, so no real complaint there."

"The house was plenty big for 12 people, ages 11-70. It is an older home with some spaces being updated (upstairs bathroom is amazing), but kitchen could use some updating. However, the kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare several dinners for the family. The outside front porch was plenty big and we enjoyed our view of Center Hill Lake while grilling and playing games. We would definitely recommend to friends!"

"The check in was extremely easy and host's communication was great. Very clean and comfy all around. I read previous reviews and the trail down to the lake is a hike but what we expected for experienced hikers like us. The location also was not a problem. We plan for everything. All the hiking spots are 15 to 45 minutes away but for sceultions it was great. Cookeville is not but 20 minutes away. "This comfortable cabin kept us cool after our adventures during the heat wave. Well stocked and nice furniture. We enjoyed our time. That road right before arriving the cabin needs attention. It should be just turned to gravel and the concrete pulled out. Big ledges and holes to traverse. As the listing said DO NOT rent this if you have a low clearance vehicle. Luckily we had 4x4 trucks."
