"Everything was great. We were not informed about the free food & beverage for dinner. I went to the lobby for another reason & discovered the food! There was no sign saying the food was available to all guests so I asked one of the guests & he didn’t know anything about it either. The food was all taken so we missed out.😢"

"Property was nice and clean BUT the front desk staff ( evening shift) were very rude and wouldn’t give their name (only 1 person during my stay) because I asked if they carried bottled water, she insisted I drink out the water fountain which was in the lobby, she also said it was city water and it’s filtered, I then asked if the filter was on a schedule serving, she then told me there was nothing else to talk about when I said to she’s bring rude she just ignored me and started texting on her phone."

This is why I decided to come back even though difficult but the staff is amazing and regardless of the sketchy area. I've always felt safe here even in the worst time of my life "
