On the whole, my son and I had a good experience. The desk clerk at check in was very helpful. I had asked for a room with 2 queen beds, but the first room we were assigned had one king bed. She very helpful in changing our room to meet our needs. The hotel was clean, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a very nice selection of breakfast foods.

I met a really nice older lady that works at night.. when i say she was the sweetiest thing lol she has kind of a raspy voice but i love her 😂😂 i think i could have stood there and talk to her for hours.. She definitely reminds me of oneof my aunts but I LOVE THE STAY AND WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK BECAUSE OF HER LMBO!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT WILL EVERYONE ELSE BUT I JUST LOVED HER.. SHE REALLY MADE MY NIGHT LOL.. THANK U MRS. LADY!!! FROM MIS DUNSTON😁

There was no parking when we returned to the hotel. We were inconvenienced and forced to park in a heavily trafficked area. When a hotel rents a room. A parking spot should also be provided. It was not.

The pool was closed, the area was extremely busy, there was construction being done inside and outside of the building which limited parking. The room doors didn't have safety latches so I had to go buy a security bar from Walmart.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast good. My main issue, which I thought was a fluke during my first stay but had the same issue in my second stay, is the toilet and how it flushes. It shoots out the water...if you poop, you don't want to be sitting down when you flush lol. Also, if you go #2 it doesn't take it down all the way and leaves smears that you have to reach in and clean by hand in order to get it off. It could be that I received 2 fluke rooms but I'm not sure how likely that is. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
