"Booked the lagoon suite for 2 adults 2 kids with King bed and fold out lounge. Had to call to get 2nd bed made for kids at 8p.m. only enough pillows and towels for 2 not 4 people. House keeping was very slack and 2nd day didnt even refresh the room at all. Room was 2700 down to 2k for 3 nights but for that money you deserve better service. Restaurant and bar service by the pool were great. "

"Not enough pool facilities or seating by the pool. Should be told that we are sharing access with the public there was not enough sun beds. "

Each and every staff at the resort made our stay very comfortable, they are polite, helpful and friendly at all times. Provided Amazing service. The room was very clean, property is beautifully maintained. Love the gym and pool facilities. Definitely recommending this hotel to our family and friends.
