"I stayed here for the night before an early flight home. The long corridor painted black was a bit odd and eerie, but everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern. I was on the premium floor and had star treatment from the staff, as well as a free drink voucher. My room was the ‘comfort’ option, so the smallest, but it was a perfect size with a lovely bath (and products!). I could watch the runway from the bathroom! The breakfast was very, very good - loads of different options so I had a good fill before I left. There’s an easy checkout screen if you’re in a hurry, and the hotel will take your bags before checkin so you can walk around unburdened. I also got in an hour early for ¥2000 which was really helpful for me!"

"Love the convenience that they have airport limousine pick up and drop off. Clean facility, breakfast buffet was good. Walking distance to family mart, 7-11, shopping area. Nice view of skytree. "

"Excellent hotel. I don’t know how it compares to other hotels in Japan because it’s my first one, but it would be a 4 star in Canada. My only complaint would be that the bed was quite hard for a soft Canadian. My understanding is that this is very common in this country though. The staff were absolutely lovely and O would stay here again in a heartbeat."
