"I love the property. The only downer is they dont have any refrigerators or microwaves in their rooms. There is just one microwave downstairs in the lobby by the restaurant. It should at least be one available on each floor if anything. Not to have a refrigerator to keep your drinks cold at least is crazy. No way to keep the babys milk cold. The pool is great. The restaurant is nice as well. "

"I liked this place! Not ideal to have to take elevator one floor up from the street- but I had no problems and once one is in the lobby it is great! I had a single person room which was tiny but great! There is no lobby washroom which is not great. They have a great coffee/tea machine in the lobby with a great communal space. I liked it and I would return for sure!"

"Entire stay was perfect. But it was explained to me at checkin that if I signed on with Accor that we would begin accruing points during our stay. I did sign up but found there were no credits because I used my American Express card to book the stay. Just left me disappointed. These comments were from a previous stay. On 3/8/25 we had a great experience again. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And a big shout to Mac at reception!"
