"It was a nice property but a little far from the City Gates, you had to walk past a large construction site and it was a narrow walkway. The breakfast was good however, it never varied - everything was the same each and every day. I felt like the servers only were gracious when they received a tip."

Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, we enjoyed the amenities, especially the indoor pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing. The staff really stood out—they were incredibly helpful with booking activities and ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay, which made the trip run smoothly. Breakfast was another highlight—everything was fresh and delicious. And while the ocean views from the restaurant and pool added a lovely touch to the experience, the overall atmosphere was peaceful without being overly flashy. It’s a solid choice for a laid-back stay in the Azores, balancing comfort and convenience well."
