The included breakfasts were delicious. The ocean view from our room was stunning and the sound of the waves had us very relaxed."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. We had wine and beverages in the room that were all complimentary. We ordered room service because we were pretty exhausted from our flight. The food was very good and was delivered quickly. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. There were so many choices and the wait staff was so friendly. The view of the room was fabulous. We would definitely stay again. "

"This is a very convenient location on the island for the following reasons. When staying at other hotels in the tourist areas such as furnas/ sete cidades you have to drive up steep roads daily to traverse in/out of your hotels city. That can take hours of your day away and depending on time of day (night hours) or weather can be unsafe having to commute such steep terrain. This hotel is located conveniently in the middle of the island, away from the main city so you can enjoy nature (15 min drive to Ponta Delgada). Staff was excellent, they provide you with a cellphone for your room which they communicate with for reservations/ attraction ideas to visit, any questions you might have. Beach is conveniently right there, myself and every guest i saw enter during my 1 week stay there all said “wow” when you walk in and take in the views at reception. I miss my stay there already. "
