"We are from Seattle and wanted to rent a house to kayak in the south sound area. This house was the ideal location. The house has a beautiful view over the water to Raft Island. We loved watching the tides come and go. The deck off the back is huge and a lovely place to sit and watch the view, read books, barbecue, and just hang out. "We absolutely loved this little home. It had breathtaking views that made you feel far from everything even though you're just in a typical suburb. The house is old and it's obvious, but that adds to the rustic charm. You can tell the owner loves it. There are kayaks and firewood in the garage and some basic kitchen essentials. Will definitely book next time if available."
