"チェックイン後出かける際に鍵をフロントに預けるタイプでしたが戻ってきて受け取ろうとしたらスタッフ不在で鍵はフロントデスクに放置されているようでした。普通にしてる分には表から見えませんが覗き込めば盗っていくことも可能かと。。渡される時も部屋番を言うのみで名前や身分証の確認もなくセキュリティが不安でした。それ以外はとくに不満もなく快適でした。"

"NO TATTOOS. Is the first sign you see when checking in. Perhaps if you have a small discrete tattoo, they will still permit you to use their hot-baths on site. Ideal for couples, seniors, less so for families with children. The beds were quite hard. The in-room food service was very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Both indoor and outdoor onsen was very nice, with the outdoor one having a nice view of Gifu Castle. "
