They provided a local map and detailed shortcuts that could get us to the main sights (Colosseum, Forum, Palantine) within 15 minutes via a pleasant walk. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast included boiled egg and was just what we wanted. We would recommend this hotel."

"We had problems with hot water. Only one person could have a quick shower becouse after 1 minutte cold water started to run. We were not happy about unexpected fee for Rome city taxes. There was no information about it and receptionist could speak few words in english. Breakfast was good, but absolutely the same every morning.."

The room was a large size with so many lovely little welcoming extras. Very well stocked minibar fridge with beverages. "Palazzo Manfredi was a dream! Our room had the view of the colosseum right in front! The staff was amazing! Super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and once again the service we received was top notch! I can’t wait to come back! "
