"Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. "This was a great place to stay. It is ideally located on Orchard Road, with an MRT and plenty of food right next door. The reception staff were lovely and they provide a good breakfast. Best coffee was at the Providore just up the street. We will happily stay here again."
