Breakfast had wide variety of options. Had a great room (805) looking over Gran Via. First night was loud (arrived on a Saturday) but slept well subsequent nights. No complaints with housekeeping; loved the turn down service. 9th floor is the lounge/bar area and terrace. Wonderful place to unwind after a day of walking about. Will definitely stay here again. "
