The location was very close to UGA and the 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for my daughter and her teammate. We utilized the kitchen for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. I had to get a little creative bc there were no tops to pans nor was there a toaster, but we were none the worse for wear and had a fantastic weekend. "The property is nicely located and perfect for activities in Athens. Our problem was the management company, Grand Welcome. When we arrived the unit had not yet been cleaned….. trash everywhere, dirty dishes, a filthy bathroom, etc. When we called the management company the team member asked us to send pictures for verification and said a case would be opened. This company is not local and was dismissive of my concerns. When I asked to be called with an update she told me housekeeping was on...
