The house was perfect - it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to be comfortable yet was cozy enough for us all to be together. The kitchen was well appointed and the views were gorgeous. "New property right on the lake. Had everything we needed!! Walking distance from Cabin Creek Brewing (as in 0.2 miles) which had great drinks and food. Downtown Georgetown itself (about 0.7 miles away) has numerous great restaurants/pubs. "

"What a gem nestled about 45 mins away from Denver. This location worked great for us. The town of Georgetown is pretty cool, with great restaurants and hiking near. Beautiful views, but the only downside was the construction happening on the road coming in and in the front part of the house. Would definitely come back again. "
