The staff here was so!!! Helpful! We are staying here because of a post op appointment my husband has. We had a long day of driving and they met every need we had! Thank you so much! I’m horrible with names but the front desk lady was amazing from when I called 2 days before to ask if they had a wheel chair and then she put us in a handicap room with me not even asking…surgery has unexpected situations and being out of town and having this help…priceless Thank you so much We checked in around 4pm on the 9th of December please give the front desk lady a 10star!!

I liked how close the location was close to red rocks but it is hard to gegt an ubber up to the location when you have concerts. recomend leaving much much earlier if you want to be on time.

Have stayed a lot of places but keep coming back to this property...really enjoy the location. Only wish they would allow for breakfast next door at their sister property, as they only offer paid breakfast at this location. Other than that, it's great.

We have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times the bed was sagging in the middle, and the pillows were too soft and flat. My husband and I ended up with back and neck pain. 🙄

This is the worst Courtyard Marriott in America. This is a 1-star hotel. I booked a king suite. It was on the main floor where there was an over powering smell of chemicals. The room was filthy and the furniture was 50 years old. Absolutely disgusting hotel room and staff. The staff was ruder. Expedia didn't answer the phone the first two times I called. The second two times, they were zero help. (India call center) I am done with Expedia and Marriott on this one. I had to get another hotel room. I'm reporting this hotel to the health department. This is a 1-STAR hotel at best.
