"This hotel is outstanding in customer service! The entire staff and owner went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with eggs everyday and a great assortment of cereals, yoghurts , fresh fruits and pastry. The bonus was a generous happy hour from 6:30- 8, with a variety of great finger foods and wine included. We loved chatting with other quests and looked forward to this shared time . "Wonderful stay, the owners are so nice. Our first night we went out to dinner and just happened to say we would look for a grocery store that had ice. All the stores were closed but when we got back there was a note saying “l’ve put a bag of ice in the freezer “. So nice. Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Easy walk into old Florence, would definitely stay again and will tell all of our friends. Even came out and waved goodbye to us when we left. 💙"
