"I had stayed at this location on Feb 16th for the night. The surrounding areas are a little rough which is fine. However, in the room not one single electrical outlet worked and I tried ALL OF THEM. Was unable to charge phone or do hair etc. Woke up with two bites on my face, i’m not sure if that was from the sheets or the pillows. Was extremely disappointing. "

"Our 4th time staying here, staff are amazing as always and rooms are beautiful. Only gripe this trip was that the water in the room we were in must not have been used in awhile, as it took a few minutes to clear up and get hot, and then the temperature of the rooms was way too hot for me. To my best efforts it doesnt appear you can control the room temp anymore (switch to AC for example), and it wasnt noticable until it was late at night, so no staff on site. Regardless, wont stop us from coming...

"Great Location for the sports fans, clean Hotel and Friendly staff. I was told parking was 6’8” for the Parkade on the phone. It is actually 6’6” underground. Was able to park a couple blocks away. Staff were super helpful and looked after me."
