"No washcloths, bar soap, or hand towels when we checked in the room. As for the breakfast, we got down there at 8:00AM (open until 9:00AM). Ran out of sausage and bagels. All they had left was eggs and grits. Also - no lids for coffee cups Last time I’m ever booking a Hyatt property again!!"
