"I liked the resorts. I did not like the restaurant fish by Andres at the cove . This restaurant tried to charge my husband's credit card twice. We went to the manager who told that accounting did it which we pointed out was untrue as a member of the staff had to initiate the credit card charges. Daddy s went by and the erroneous pending charge was not fixed. My husband had to call his bank and place a fraud alert on his credit card account and dispute the pending charge."

"We loved the fact that the staff was very welcoming from the front staff to housekeeping. The food was amazing. They had a great variety of food items to choose from. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. The alcoholic beverages were awesome, and the activities were definitely worth participating. This was my second visit in 4 months. "

"The main thing that stood out about the Sandyport Resort was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile. The resort was well looked after and clean. It’s well located too, being only 15 minutes from the airport, but far enough away not to be bothered by any noise. It’s also part of a wider resort area which includes multiple restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance. The children loved the amenities provided: the direct access to the beach, the swimming pools and water slides, the tennis court and the ponds full of fish to admire."
