"The property is very well organized and the entire staff are helpful in helping us find other places within the hotel grounds . We had an excellent breakfast on the patio just behind the office with a waitress who helped us with small favours like sending someone to get our suitcase , helping with our check out and ordering us a taxi with a very nice driver . My only complaint is we were booked into a second floor room with very steep stirs , so because we are seniors we would request a ground floor room on our next visit . Thank you . DSK"

"Overall our family had a great first trip to Baha Mar. I agree with a lot of the reviews, some staff seem unfriendly at times, but overall most of the staff was great. The grounds are beautiful and have everything you could need. Dinner was better than I was expecting. Not typical all you can eat type resort food. Would definitely come again. Water park was also great. "

"The rooms and the property are very clean. I did a late check-in and had trouble getting in my room-even with after hr number-it was difficult to reach anyone. There is heavy construction going on next door so rooms #14 and #15 will be disturbed during the day with drilling and other noise. Best part is it is located right across from the beach, and Nesbitts and another cute spot are all within walking distance. I would stay there again, but they need to work on communication. "

"Just a beautiful place that highlights the scenery and the only pool that we saw that is right on the beach overlooking the turquoise sea. Just like you are swimming in the ocean only heated to 88 degree. Heaven on earth. Staff warm and welcoming. This place is elegant and relaxed and comfortable but not pretentious. Rooms designed for beauty and total comfort. The pillows and bedding perfect and wonderful homey touches throughout. Great space with lots of drawers and cabinets for storage so not necessary to live out of a suitcase. Robes softest ever!! We just adored this resort and hope to return !! Highly recommend!!!!"
