"I highly suggest this place when travelling to Vienna. The tram (43) is 5 minutes away from the accommodation and takes you right to the city. The train that we took from Vienna Airport is just next to the tram. We even travelled to Hallstatt from here, which was a simple journey. I am from London, so I approached the train/tram map as the underground and then found it easier to manoeuvre. The flat is large, beautiful, and clean. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone.
