"This is a good hotel while traveling through Gainesville or visiting for a few nights on business or other purposes. Nice lobby and I liked that it has a kitchen with an extensive menu and good prices. Comfy bed and pillows, good shower. Pool outside. It would be wise, however, for the hotels in the area to request police patrol. Shortly after I checked in, I walked out to my car and a man was looking into it. He quickly hit his remote to lock his nearby van . . . and stepped away to a dark area...

"Charging me $100.00 deposit for any property damage. And if everything is good they are too return the $100.00 back to my account. There is nothing written on the website about charging a deposit. "
