AM and PM front desk staff were very professional and attentive.
Room pest control and overall upkeep poor. General manager Amanda M. was unprofessional, unsympathetic, dismissive and unattentive to my first night room experience. If I were to rate my stay based on my limited contact with her, my rating would be zero stars. Despite my conversation Amanda M. and with Expedite's customer service and their conversation with Amanda M. she would not compensate me for my first night stay. A german roach greeted me on the coffee table. I killed one on the wall next to the bed and on the nightstand. A dresser drawer was missing the entire front. The refrigerator had no bulb and was hot. The freezer was barely cool. The night stand bulb was missing as was the shade holder. The carpet was not vacuummed. Even though Amanda M. was sitting at the front desk when I returned to the hotel after speaking to her on the phone and the call from Expedia, she did not trouble herself to get up and walk the 5 feet to speak to me in person. She gave instructions to the front desk clerk, talking about me in the third person. I had to lean over the counter to see her sitting at a table, to ask her name. All she said was Amanda. My second room was much better, but the nightstand light bulb was blown out. I will not return and do not recommend this
location.
