The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but functional, and very quiet and dark for sleeping. This hotel provided me with the perfect base to explore the sites of Osaka for a few nights. A comfortable bed, great service, friendly & helpful staff. What more do you want from a hotel. It’s very close to the metro line and just a few stops away from Osaka station, although you do need to change lines, just bare that in mind. However once you know the subway system it’s in a great location and so quiet, but shops and restaurants are literally a few mins walk away. Highly recommend

We stayed at a triple room, with 3 single beds. The room is very crowded and there is no room to lay flat and open any of our suitcases. Very inconvenience.
