"It was quiet and the staff was wonderful. The food in-house was very expensive but not worth the price. The views are stunning and the property is pretty if a little dated."

"We loved the hotel and the peace that you feel staying there; the outside onsen is a dream, and the view of Fuji-san is unbelievable. The dinning experience couldn't be better, each day was a different surprise, we loved our host called Ran, she was a trainee there, but to be honest she gave us the best service and recommendations, if you stay there aks for her service and definitely will improve your overall experience at dinning. "ข้อดี - ที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายสถานีรถบัส Red line No.4 เดินทางสะดวก - บริเวณแถวโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี ติดถนนใหญ่มีแสงไฟสว่าง มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ Lawson ใกล้ๆ, มีร้านอาหาร 3-4 ร้านที่สามารถเดินจากรร.ไปได้ - พนักงานน่ารัก บริการดี - มีบริการรับฝากกระเป๋า, รถมินิบัสของโรมแรมไปส่งที่สถานีต่างๆฟรี (ดูตารางเวลารถที่เว็บไซต์โรงแรมหรือสอบถามที่ front ก็ได้) - ห้องพักและโรงแรมสะอาด ข้อเสีย - ถ้าเลยช่วงหกโมงเย็นจะเดินทางกลับรร.ลำบากทันที เนื่องจากรถบัส Red line รอบสุดท้ายที่สถานีคาวากุจิโกะคือประมาณหกโมงเย็น และแถวนั้นไม่มีรถเมล์สายอื่นผ่านเลย ทำให้ออกไปเที่ยวแล้วกลับดึกมากไม่ได้ - อาหารเช้าฟรี แต่แค่พอกินรองท้องได้ ไม่ได้ดีมาก"
