"Staff were very helpful and polite, service was great in reception and also the restaurant. Food was very good, only one criticism of the breakfast, although being served hot (great) the sausage not being a proper butcher sausage was a let down. Not sure why when everything else was perfect that have to resort to cheap sausages. Seems finicky I know but come on make it right. "
