"An excellent hotel, modern, clean, large room, comfortable beds and pillows. They even provided pajamas! Great views of Yokohama Harbour from our room ( we booked a “classy” level) which overlooked Yamashita Park. The staff were professional and very friendly. "We stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise. The hotel is very luxurious. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food which included Japanese dishes. A cab ride to the Osanbashi cruise port cost 1300 Japanese Yen. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
