"We stayed here during our son’s Cooperstown visit. The house is a charming 3 bedroom with 2 baths. It was the perfect spot for my family and in-laws. The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended this house!"

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"We had a great time at dreams park and retreated to this hidden gem. It’s a bit out of the way but the perfect spot to get away from all the baseball. The host is excellent at communication and is available at all times to help. We loved the beautiful scenery and quietness of this place. Would recommend to all visiting Cooperstown!"

"Eagle View was a cozy respite from our crazy week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals, relax in the yard, check out the eagles!!, and enjoy the quiet of the lake and surrounding woods. The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We could not ask for a better experience."

"My partner and our kids stayed over during the holidays. I grew up in the area and we were back visiting family. It was very nice to have our own space close to family. Beds were comfy. Couch was massive and inviting. Kitchen was big. Wish it was warm enough to have enjoyed the backyard but all good. Street parking wasn’t an issue, many spaces free. "

"We had a great time. The house was clean and as advertised. It’s 7 minutes from All Star Village and even shorter to Main Street which has a bunch of restaurant options. We were very happy with this property!"

"This property was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in on any sort of trip. They provided towels and products for the shower. There was a great laundry room as well. The house was less than 10 minutes from All-Star Village, which was great for going back-and-forth to watch our son play baseball for the week. we enjoyed our stay . House was located on a quiet street."

"I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful this property is. It’s secluded but close enough to everything you need access to. There are plenty of bedrooms and so much space. The pond is beautiful and yes we caught fish, kayaked, and we even had a deer come out to the pond one night. I cannot recommend this property enough!"
