"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

It was spotless upon arrival, and despite visiting in February with temperatures as low as 10–12F, the cabin stayed warm and comfortable throughout our stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the open-concept layout made our time there even more enjoyable. "We loved our stay, it was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were great and even left us and our dogs welcome gifts. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows and blankets for the entire family. There was plenty of space for our dogs to play. We would highly recommend staying and look forward to booking it again in the future."

"24 hours prior to check in (4 pm), I messaged the host to ask how we check in. No response. We had no trouble locating the property, but once there, we could not get in. The door was locked. There was no key. There was a lock box, but no code was provided. There is no cell reception at the property. We left to message the host for more info. Eventually, the host responded by sending us the address. but no acknowledgement about how to enter the cabin. We returned to the property again around 9 pm...
