"My friend and I were excited to get away during the New years week. We got everything from warm mid 40s to 6 inches of snow and low 20s. We were looking for a cozy cabin with a fireplace/stove and some outdoors for our dog. This was exactly what we wanted. I was able to do some excellent trout fishing nearby and some great hikes on DEC trails in State Forests, which were right up the road. "It was nice. We’d been to Cooperstown before and this house was comparable to the last. It’s a nice home, has everything you need, but is a little farther away from Dreams Park than I hoped, but not bad. We ran in a couple of times, because it is close enough that you can. But it takes a few minutes. Had to many bugs and moths inside for me, but that’s part of being out in the country. There was a squirrel inside when we got there, but it ran outside when we opened the door to go in. Overall...
