The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. "We stayed here during our son’s Cooperstown visit. The house is a charming 3 bedroom with 2 baths. It was the perfect spot for my family and in-laws. The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended this house!"

"For families attending the Cooperstown baseball tournament, this home was perfect. It is a few minutes away from the park, had several beds for the boys and just a very cozy and warm environment. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this home!"

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."
