"This house is clean and well located. It is not fancy, but it is lots of fun! We came with another couple for the bourbon trail and to see the horses. At the end of each day, instead of watching TV, we took advantage of the wonderful selection of games. We played darts, cards, and chess. It made a great trip even better. "

"If the owner would invest some money to make some small upgrades to his home it would make a world of difference. Leather couch is extremely worn & was flaking off onto our clothes. No means to make coffee which should be a basic item available and can get a cheap Keurig to cover that. There was no welcome basket as described.First place I have stayed in that didn’t provide even body soap much less shampoo. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning as bottoms of toilet were filthy. Even bathroom drawers...

"This property was located in a very nice area near the outer belt so it was easy to get around Lexington. House was tastefully decorated and very clean. We travel a lot and this might have had the best amenities of any house we have stayed at. "

"Clean and simple, easy check in, good location to Lexington or Georgetown. Plenty of space, good amenities. Can’t complain too much except walls were maybe a bit thin and could hear neighbors/dogs/etc throughout the night. Would stay again though "

"The property was very clean. The owner, who lives on site, met us when we arrived, we couldn't figure out where to park. The person who lives upstairs has a very cluttered balcony and the lock on our door didn’t seem to work properly. The owner tried to fix it but it still wasn't right so he gave us a key to use. The house was a little musty but got better after we were there for a while. The master bedroom doesn't have a closet or a hair dryer. The area is very beautiful and out amongst farms....
