"We were visiting family in Lexington and this was a perfect central location in the chevy chase area. We were impressed, it is amazing. Alexander replaced the k-cup since previous guest broke the handle. It arrived on the doorstep moments before we did. He was very actively involved in our stay. We enjoyed walking around the UK campus and seeing all that had changed in downtown since we moved. This property is an A+ for anyone who wants a homey feel to their vacation. "

"We were in Kentucky for a family wedding. Eight of us total and the house was big enough for us all to spread out without tripping over each other! The bedrooms were spacious with great beds. We loved relaxing in front of the fireplace each evening while watching television. They had a great list of nearby trips - including several restaurants that we within walking distance. The list also included gluten free options which was especially helpful. The location made it super easy to get around...

"There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. "

"The property is in a great location. The neighborhood seems very nice and safe. We were only a 10 min. drive from the Rupp Arena/Convention Center. The house is very spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Check in/out was very convenient."
