Really enjoyed the stay!! The vibe is relaxing and the staff was super helpful. On site restaurant had good food, but the service was a little slow- but good!! I have to make people aware that if you are high maintenance.. this might not be your place.. room service only at your request .. im fine with that and noticed this trend in boutique style hotels. But i heard some guest complaints and its stated on the site and no one reads it..

Such a cool building, they did a great renovation on this property. Clean cozy rooms, all within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Will stay here again when I come back to Frankfurt!

Beautiful hotel. No parking.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. The only down side was the lack of parking, There are about 6 spots in front of the building that are 2hr parking during the weekdays.

Beautiful hotel close to everything in Frankfort. It's a new hotel so they are still working out a few things. The heat in our room was not working when we arrived but they immediately upgraded us to another room. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The high ceilings make it a bit loud and we didn't discover the sound machine in the room until too late. Otherwise, this hotel is wonderful. New everything and a fantastic restaurant in the lobby.

Love the design and aesthetics of the building, the hallways and room. The front desk staff were very friendly. Comfortable beds. Great amenities in the room. What I didn’t like..no parking lot. (There is a gravel lot next door) We were able to snag the last spot on the street with a short walk to front door. There are train tracks only a few feet away from back of building and yes the train went by about 11pm. Big screen smart tv. Unfortunately it’s streaming only. You can log into your own accounts to watch, Netflix, prime, apple etc. I just wanted to turn on tv and watch local news or just a local station but you can’t do that. Otherwise, great hotel! Walking distance to stores and restaurants!

Super cool / brand new place that we stumbled across visiting from Chicago! The staff was awesome and the place is just gorgeous. What a find in Frankfort! Make sure you check out Cyprus and Oak, the restaurant that’s part of the hotel. Chef Atkins had everything on point for a fantastic meal. Dane and Roger behind the bar and taking care of the house are both superb. There’s no reason to stay anywhere else when you’re in town… can’t wait to visit again!

The room and hotel were clean. The room was nice. The main issue I had was that the room was quite cold when I got there and set at 63 degrees when the weather was already so cold outside. I had been traveling through that cold all day and was very tired. All I wanted was a warm room and hot shower but the shower water was freezing cold both nights of my stay. For that reason alone I don't think I could ever stay there again.

I would have given it 5 stars but we did have some issues. It is a recently renovated old brick building and I love the industrial look. It looks just like the pictures and I was pleased with that. But when we got up the next morning to take showers, our room did not have hot water in the shower. I wouldn’t even say it reached luke warm. When we told the receptionist that was on duty that morning as we were leaving for breakfast, she said you just have to let it run for a while and we said we did and that we both even took showers and it never got warm. All she said was “oh, I’m sorry”. Didn’t offer to do anything about it. We went on about our day and came back before dinner and my husband tried the shower again…never got warm after letting it run for several minutes. So he said something to the front desk again (different person this time) and she sent maintenance to our room who after looking at the shower said he will have them give us a different room. When we walked into the room they switched us to and put our stuff down, we immediately noticed that there was some kind of dust or debris from the ceiling that had fallen all over the bed and tables in the room so we had to go down to reception and have them give us yet another room. So with that being said, they still have some kinks to work out. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
