"Really enjoyed this property, had a nice big room with lots of space. Staff were really nice. My only complaint is that you need cell service to contact the staff, example if you want a shuttle, can call if you are in the room but not helpful when you are outside of the room. I would suggest using a better system that doesn’t require cell service but wifi instead. Staff were really awesome, anything we needed was handled quickly. "Location is great as there are many different types of restaurants and shopping places nearby. Beds were comfortable and easy to get a great night sleep in. Also, the Disney resorts are all within 10-15 min car ride of the hotel. Our bathroom head horrible water pressure and the water was barely warm. The hall outside was loud and you could hear guests in other rooms talking through the walls and bathroom vent fan. Fridge was tiny and in awkward location for access.
