"In a great location, close to the parks and anything we needed. Owners were fantastic and helpful. Place was exactly what we needed, 2 masters and 2 more rooms with queen beds. Worked well for my dad, my husband, daughter, brother in law and mother in law. Owners were always quick to answer. Will stay here again "

"We had a great stay at this vacation home! The house was mostly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The kids especially loved the Mickey-themed game room — it kept them entertained for hours! The location was a huge plus — super convenient to both Disney and Universal, which made getting around really easy. Overall, it was a nice spot to relax after long days at the parks. "

"Myself and 11 others travel south each what for Speedweeks in Daytona. We stay in the Kissimmee area because there is so much to do. This was our 4th year and by far our favorite house we have stayed in. The house was clean and just like the picture. The backyard had plenty of room for all of us to relax and just chill out. "This was a great location for our family trip for 12. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood had a pool with a separate kids area. There was also a lazy river and a kids activity room that was open during the day. Our rental had its own pool, which you could request to be heated. This was great for the kids with us who enjoyed swimming even after the larger neighborhood pool closed. We were in a great shopping area as well at about 15 minutes...

"The property is conveniently located to the attractions of Orlando, but far enough away to not be a constant nuisance. The property is well equipped with everything you might need. The decor of the home is a little tired. I imagine it gets a lot of use so the paint on the walls could be spruced up, and some of the furnishings have been worn. For example, there’s burn marks on the countertops where people have placed hot pots. The one thing I would recommend is to fix the safety fence around...

"The house is in a great location. Close to the big parks. 25 to 45 minutes depending which one. Theres lots of grocery stores around and many restaurants. The house overall was good. A little banged up in places. There is no working air conditioning upstairs. So it was very hot. We had small children and the plates and bowls were all heavy ceramic. They need plastic ones. Overall it all was good."

"We rented the house with our best friends and their kids and had an amazing time! It was very nice to have all of your basic needs- kitchen dishes, pots/pans, utensils, pool towels and regular linens and towels already available. Will be booking next year again for sure!"

"Loved everything about the Villa. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes or so to all things Disney. Pool was wonderful. I am so glad it was suggested to pay to heat the pool- it was nice and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Orlando."
