"Had a lovely stay. Both the room plus the conference was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. Would definitely stay again "

"The hotel stay was OK. Rooms a bit dark and dated. Needs new carpet in bedroom. Several long black hairs on bathroom floor. Hand held sprayer in shower awkward to use, too low. Shower faucet and fixtures clunky. All personnel were great. David, the concierge, was excellent!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have a good experience at the restaurant. Our steak was overcooked and the salmon came out raw. We waited to get our meals back and ate at different times then the rest of our party. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience just an apology. "
