"My family visited Gainesville to attend the annual medieval faire that we hadn't been to in years. I loved the fact that the condo we booked was right off the interstate, so easy to find and had plenty of available parking. The interior was bight, clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of elbow room for three adults and a child. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals in the evening (I loved the ceramic cookware) We were there for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. "

"We were in Gainesville for UF Family Weekend, and we found the property to be an easy drive from campus and convenient to other niceties, ie Starbucks, Oaks Mall, ABC Liquors, etc. It is stylish and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry in the unit. It wasn’t the best weather, so we didn’t utilized the pool or gym, but they are right behind the unit. Communication with the manager was swift and easy. "Very very loud. Did not hear about highways so close until we almost got there. Light bulbs burnt out or flirting. Old coffee in coffee pot. One cup was stuck to the cupboard. Not enough towels. Our friend staying with us had no bath towel. Not the cleanest either was disinfecting towelette was brown just from the handrail. Very disappointed"

"It was perfect for what I needed—a place to stay while in Gainesville for a doctor appointment. A friend met me there, and we were able to walk to the appointment and back. Beds were comfy. There was plenty of space. The host was helpful with all my questions. "
