"Good communication with owner. There was a need for basic needs advertised but not at apt so after a call to owner, an order was delivered to door. The apt. is older but nicely updated and decorated. Apt. is off a busier road near hospital so lots of emergency vehicle/helicopter noise. Apt. needs some TLC as floors are buckled and needed to move a rug on top of area. Minus the few issues, may rating is a solid 4."

"My family visited Gainesville to attend the annual medieval faire that we hadn't been to in years. I loved the fact that the condo we booked was right off the interstate, so easy to find and had plenty of available parking. The interior was bight, clean, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of elbow room for three adults and a child. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals in the evening (I loved the ceramic cookware) We were there for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. "

"We were in Gainesville for UF Family Weekend, and we found the property to be an easy drive from campus and convenient to other niceties, ie Starbucks, Oaks Mall, ABC Liquors, etc. It is stylish and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry in the unit. It wasn’t the best weather, so we didn’t utilized the pool or gym, but they are right behind the unit. Communication with the manager was swift and easy.
