"Everyone on the staff would go out of their way to wait on the guests. The service was the best that I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Our room was directly across the hall from housekeeping, so if we needed clean towels, I could just walk over and ask them for clean towels, and they would give them to me. Once the housekeeper walked way down the hall to where the cart was to get me towels. That wasn’t even necessary."

"Clean but pullout bed was old, stained, and hard to use. Called a “resort” but I never saw resort amenities; not even a workout area or spa and nothing (not even a banana) for breakfast. Took coffee down at 2 pm. Staff very friendly. Location very good. "

"Have stayed in past year and room was wonderful. This condo was not updated. It was clean, but needs updating. Was missing so amenities, quickly staff replaced. (Coffee maker, toaster). This unit - Bayview 2516 did have Allan with extra table and couch area- that was a bonus. Bay view pool is a good alternative to the main pool also. Dock is closed- by can still fish. "
