"The check in was great! Ana at the front desk was sweet and professional through and through! First of all, I am not too picky to begin with, and I knew this was not a 5 star hotel, which it is ok with me. However, the first room I received had stained sheets that were not been changed. The head of housecleaning was also very professional and nice, and even took pictures of that. We were given another room and that was a little better. "We had the suite. The air conditioner didn’t work in one room. The hotel is out dated and the furniture was stained. The hotel was roomy and was great for the price. "

"The hotel is very conveinantly located to the airport, major roadways, restaraunts and shopping. It is older but are updating many of the features. It is clean and they offer a fully buffet breakfast. Would stay there again."

"The staff were so nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the pills were all 4 flat and there were depressions in the mattress - needed new ones I think. Otherwise it was very convenient to downtown and a great stay"
