Rooms gallery and entry as well as stairs are not maintained and remain unhygienic dirty. Service quality are poor. And inside rooms the furnitures other goods n bathrooms are not even basic quality. Felt like online bookings are not reliable anymore"

"I had booked a "Deluxe" room which was supposed to have coffeemaker and toiletries. All I could find was a cake of soap. Pros: good location. 5 minutes' walk to Chhatrapati Shivaj Terminus. Bed was comfortable. Cons: the room looked as though it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. Bed linen and towel had to be changed. "
