"This hotel exceeded expectations. We booked the best room we could and it was lovely. We didn’t have a view but tbh it was quieter that way. Breakfast was good although we sometimes had to wait for a table. They were pretty full. The Hotel spans three buildings and so rooms do vary. Some are much smaller. The staff were welcoming and efficient, fixing a problem with our shower promptly as there wasn’t another suitable room to move to. The tube station close by is nearly finished and will provide efficient transport once the line is open. We used the system further North and found it clean, safe and faster than the road!"
