"Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse"

"Our family loved this fully furnished and renovated apartment. The parking lot was easy however there is a clearance limit and our 15 passenger van did not fit. The location is on a city street and there were ambulance and firetrucks going throughout the night. Currently there is construction going on but they do respect the hours. They do not begin their jackhammer and drilling until after 8am."

"Really nice, well appointed full 1 bedroom apartment. Well outside of downtown DC, but in a nice neighborhood conveniently located on the #32 Metrobus line. (Travel time from 14th and Pennsylvania NW is about 35 minutes plus a 4 minute walk). The only minor complaint is the sound of footsteps above, but that faded away early enough as to not present any real issue."
